This is my personal blog where I write about creating work and a life of radical meaning and big purpose right where you are.
I am a former start-up tech exec turned entrepreneur and writer. My life changed radically when I co-started and grew a technology consulting firm, helping customers leverage technology for business differentiating.
In 2015, I turned my avocation into full-time work focusing on women’s leadership through career and economic empowerment. Currently, I coach and develop programs for start-ups, corporate executives, entrepreneurs, and individuals to assist them in achieving business and personal visions of significance, maximize impact, accelerate business growth, improve leadership, and increase personal satisfaction.
Career development mindset begins early and that’s why I also work with teen girls and young women. I co-founded The Brave Core (formerly What’s Your Brave), programs that empower girls and their parents to be brave, dream big, and take bold action. I released my first book in the spring of 2013, Take 5 for Your Dreams. This work has been featured in: The Boston Globe, Online Christian Science Monitor, Tinybuddha, The Good Men Project, SheHeros, and She Can’t What.
It matters deeply to me that every person on this planet has the opportunity to be who they really are and live what deep-down matters to them. I am particularly committed to the equitable treatment of girls and women worldwide through career and economic empowerment.
I live Massachusetts with my husband, two teenagers, and our dog Henry.
